We have a 24 hour cancelation policy. Please cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Anything past 24 hour notice or same day cancelation, will be charged 50% of that service. A No Show appointment will be charged 100% of the service. NOTE: Add on services will apply to cancelation and no show charges. ALSO If you are 10 minutes late to your appointment you will be charged 50% of the service and your appointment will be canceled.
